What is your return policy?
We want you to love your La Flawless purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping + 10 dollars (handling fee). Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please note: Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and process your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.
All items purchased directly from la-flawless.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a La Flawless product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
How do I start a return?
We are so sorry you didn’t absolutely love your La Flawless purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the return process. Please include your order number and the email address that was used to place the order, along with the name of the item(s) you would like to return. If you purchase includes free shipping then we will substract shipping cost from you total purchase cost.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We are unable to provide return shipping labels at this time. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
